GENESIS

PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Silchar was established in 1981 as a civil sector school of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi, under the Ministry of Human Resource and development (MHRD), government of India.

VISION

PM SHRI KV Silchar is dedicated to foster a dynamic educational environment for imparting knowledge, instilling values and nurturing the creativity of learners.

MISSION

To provide high-quality, comprehensive and meaningful education and equal opportunities for the children of transferable Central Government employees including Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
